When I finished this painting, I knew it was different from anything else I had made. The color values shift in remarkable ways across the surface and the organic shapes keep revealing themselves the longer you look. I built it up through multiple layers, applying and removing paint with shop towels to create that depth.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
